I had such a great experience working at ReadingGlasses.com in 2003-2004 that I jumped at the chance to come back and completely revamp the website, even though it was long after I had gone.
Starting from the ground up, every page was redesigned, paying careful attention to pages critical to conversion, such as the homepage, search, product pages, and the checkout process. Literally, no stone was left unturned. The new site features a powerful collaborative search system, and features that empower the customers such as ratings and reviews.
